“Marcy was extremely helpful to me in sorting out care options for my sister.  It was long distance and extremely stressful.  Her resource, expertise and compassion were greatly appreciated.”     Diane Gordon

From the onset, Marcy was a tremendous asset to us…  She brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm to caring for her clients as well as a stick-to-it approach, trying multiple avenues to reach an agreed upon objective.  She know her way around the various social services.     Over about a year, she managed to get (my family member) into a more affordable apartment, including arranging her moving.  She obtained health insurance, medical care, food stamps and government subsidies .. and worked out a basic budget….  We are very appreciate of all she has done and will continue to seek her guidance and good counsel. ”   David Rothenberg

Thank you for everything you did for my aunt.  I don’t know how we would have gotten through this without you.  She allowed you to do things a family member could not have accomplished.  I am sure she appreciated the time you spent together.”   Mindy N.

“I have had the opportunity to work with Marcy Lenard and in fact have brought her in to assist my clients when they are in need of the services Marcy provides.  In one recent case, she assisted a very elderly client in her transition from her home to a more appropriate long term care situation in a Nursing Home.  She coordinated all efforts with the family regarding the placement, healthcare and financial arrangements.  She attended the client’s needs very efficiently.  Her professionalism, as well as the care and concern she has for her client’s situation, were evident throughout the course of her involvement.”  Jeffrey H Katz  Trusts, Estate and Elder Law Attorney,  Katz and Baehre

“Marcy worked with my family after my father was hospitalized due to a stroke.  My fathers rehabilitation was slow and very stressful. Marcy helped us navigate options unknown to us, such as a family meeting with the medical staff working with my father.  She also helped us navigate options working with the insurance company and understanding the appeal process.  With Marcy’s help and patience, we eventually gained more rehabilitation time with the insurance company.  The doctors said my father needed to be moved to an assisted living facility or have 24 hour a day home health care. The reality now for my father is living in an independent living facility and living a very productive life. This was not an option the medical team considered.  His recovery has been slow but amazing and the ability to live independently rather than in an assisted living facility is what we all hoped for.  And is now my dad’s reality.  Thank you Marcy for your assistance and wisdom!”  Laurie Leader
